Resident Access Pass AKA Tip Pass
Look out for your Resident Access Pass (RAP) which will be sent out with the 2020/21 Rate Notices. From 1 July 2020, residents will be required to show their RAP to gain free entry into the West Metro Recycling Centre. Fees and charges will still apply for certain items, but access to the Centre will be free with your RAP (yellow and white in colour) or proof of residence will be accepted (e.g. drivers licence). While you wait for your RAP to arrive, make sure to bring along your proof of residence to gain free entry if you are planning on visiting the West Metro Recycling Centre.
1x green waste and 1x bulk waste voucher (AKA Tip Pass) will be provided with the RAP to use at the West Metro Recycling Centre! Additional passes can be purchased at the Centre if required.
Please note: residents who receive rate notices via eRates can collect their passes from the Towns administration building located at Memorial Drive, Mosman Park. In order to collect the RAP from the Town’s administration building, please bring with you proof that you are a resident of the Town of Mosman Park. Questions? Please call the Town on 9383 6600.
