Three Bin Waste System

The Town of Mosman Park will begin the roll out of the three-bin system from 1 July 2019.

The new system includes a dedicated bin for garden organics (leaves, lawn clippings, prunings etc.) that will then be converted to mulch. This mulch is available free to residents from WMRC. This new lime-lidded bin will be in addition to the two standard bins for recycling and general waste.

All properties 400m² or larger will automatically be given the 240L lime green lidded bin. Properties smaller than 400m² are encouraged to opt into the scheme if they are interested and will benefit from the new system. Please register your interest by emailing your property details to admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au

The three bins will provide more options for sorting out your waste at home, in order to do your bit for the environment to prevent organics going to landfill.
