There are two memorial walls in the Town - one is for RSL plaques (near the fountains in Memorial Park). The other is for the commemoration of people who have lived in or contributed to the Town for ten or more years, and is located at the Bay View Park Lookout. Please note that the person(s) named on the plaque for both walls is/are to be deceased. Further information can be found below:
RSL Commemorative Plaque - Memorial Park:
If you would like to apply for a plaque to be placed on the RSL wall (near the fountains in Memorial Park), please complete the form, which can be found here. Please be aware that the granting of approval for these plaques is determined by the Mosman Park Sub-branch Returned & Services League.
Commemorative Plaque - Bay View Lookout:
If you would like to apply for a plaque to be placed on the Lookout Wall at Bay View Park, please complete the form, which can be found here. Please note that the person(s) named on the application is/are to have lived in or contributed to the Town for ten or more years.
General Conditions:
- Ongoing maintenance of the plaque is the responsibility of the applicant.
- Approval is granted in accordance with Council Policy conditions described on the application form.
