Advice Re: Tonight's Council Meeting 6pm 24 March 2020

Participation in Tonight’s Council Meeting

The Town of Mosman Park is conducting its Ordinary Council Meeting as normal at 6pm – the agenda is here.

In line with COVID-19 specific directions from the government, please note the following arrangements for tonight’s meeting:

Venue: Town of Mosman Park Administration Centre, Memorial Park, Bay View Terrace, Mosman Park

Meeting location: Council Chambers

Social distancing limits: In accordance with the government requirement of 1 person per 4sqm, numbers in the room must be limited to 18 people 

Councillors and administrative staff in attendance: 11

Maximum number of members of the public allowable: 7 (Council lounge windows will be left open so any additional people can hear the meeting from outside the room)

Members of the public attending the meeting will be required to:

  • answer questions relating to their own personal COVID-19 exposure before entering;
  • use the hand sanitiser provided at the door before entering;
  • be seated 1.5m away from others;
  • remain seated at all times (including during public question time or presentation or deputations).
