Park Fit Comes to Mosman Park!

The only thing better than moving your body and getting fit is to do it in beautiful surrounds and out in the fresh air!  With this in mind, the Town of Mosman Park has installed fitness equipment at Tom Perrott Reserve and at Davis Oval.

To promote this great initiative and to encourage residents to use it, the Town is hosting FREE fitness classes during the month of March.  The classes will be run by Ian Cook from Strength in Movement.

Details:

  • Low Impact classes: Tuesday 6, 13, 20 & 27 March from 8.00-8.45am at Davis Oval.
(Low impact classes are designed for the active seniors and those returning to physical activity.)

  • High Intensity classes: Saturday 10, 17 & 24 March from 7.30-8.15am at Tom Perrott reserve.
(High intensity classes are designed for those who already train and have a moderate level of base fitness.
