SHINE Community Services is delighted to report that we are no­­w offering Home Care Package’s - Level 1, 2, 3 and 4.

With over 35 years of expertise in aged care, SHINE is your local not-for-profit community aged care provider offering a personalised and quality service. Previously known as TAPSS, SHINE is located in the historic Cottesloe Post Office, at 81 Forrest St, Cottesloe.

Our services offer a fresh approach to aged care. They focus on your wellbeing and goals for independence.We strive to assist you to live a fulfilling active and safe life in your home, whilst remaining connected to your community.

Home Care Packages are available across four levels (basic to high) depending on your assessed need for support. This could be as simple as shopping, gardening or cleaning to more complex support such as personal care, allied health and therapy services.
