Keep up to date with what the Town is doing in response to the novel coronavirus situation.
Land within the Town is divided into land use zones and reserves. The land use zones are shown on the Zoning Map. In addition, different lots have density codings which are anotated on the map, for example R20.
The zone and density code will dictate what can and cannot be developed on a piece of land.

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) through the Department of Planning is responsible to determine subdivision applications.
The Town of Mosman Park is only a referral body that provides comments on the subdivision proposal.

The Town of Mosman Park, along with other government agencies, is responsible for clearing conditions of subdivision approval.

People who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can call the Town of Mosman Park through the National Relay Service.
